Kingsgate Recruitment in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy legal team. The role supports fee earners with day-to-day casework, particularly in litigation and personal injury matters, and requires practical legal experience.

You will prepare, review and organise documents, maintain case files, and liaise with clients and colleagues while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive, well organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a legal environment is essential.
• Experience in litigation and/or personal injury law is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines; work well in a team.

About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join their team based in Cheshire.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a legal environment, with experience in litigation and/or personal injury (PI) being highly desirable. This role would suit someone who has developed practical legal skills and is confident supporting fee earners with day-to-day casework.

Please note: Candidates with a law degree but no practical legal experience are unlikely to be suitable for this position.
