Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills? Do you have your Legal Practice Certificate (or equivalent)? If so, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone with no hands-on legal experience who is looking to start their legal career.

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal Advice Team. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, can manage and prioritize their workload, and has a track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Offer general legal advice to members of trade unions or organizations (excluding all legal areas)
• This is a dynamic, fast-paced position involving telephone communication, including both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Manage your workload confidently while conducting research between calls.
• Carry out legal research and ensure follow-up calls are completed.
• Achieve multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as telephony metrics, call quality, advisory quality, and conversion rates.
• Refer members to S&G services to be converted where applicable.

About You:

• LPC or equivalent required
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels
