We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Legal Advice Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. This role is suitable for individuals with no hands-on legal experience who are looking to start their legal careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice to members of trade unions or organizations (excluding all legal areas)
• Manage a dynamic, fast-paced workload involving telephone communication, including both incoming and outgoing calls
• Conduct legal research and follow-up with clients as needed
• Achieve key performance indicators such as telephony metrics, call quality, advisory quality, and conversion rates
• Refer members to S&G services for potential conversion where applicable

About You

• Legal Practice Certificate (LPC) or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
