Job description

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our thriving Housing team based in Liverpool, working alongside our wider team in Manchester and closely with Partners in Housing supporting the fee earners within the team.

You will be joining one of the UK’s foremost Housing teams, experienced in acting for Registered Providers. The team handles varied housing management matters including anti-social behaviour, housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, hoarding cases, access injunctions, and policy advice.

The role involves supporting fee earners with:

• Anti-social behaviour and breach of tenancy injunctions
• Disrepair claims, including responding to claim letters, organising disclosure, and advising on liability
• Using the Case Management System
• Applying for access injunctions
• General housing management advice on tenancy issues

We seek a hardworking individual who is results-oriented and eager to contribute to the team’s growth. Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and development are provided.
