The team handles cases involving appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal, judicial reviews, school exclusions, and safeguarding issues, working with schools and colleges. In Court of Protection work, the focus is on health and welfare applications for adults and young people transitioning into adulthood, including cases involving deprivation of liberty. Tasks involve reviewing evidence, visiting clients, attending court, and drafting documents.

We seek a motivated individual with a genuine interest in Public Law & Human Rights, holding an undergraduate degree or equivalent, with some experience in public law or paralegal work. Excellent client care, analytical, organizational, and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of legal aid systems is advantageous.
