My client is a multi-award-winning, top-tier legal law firm with offices across the nation. They are currently seeking a Paralegal (Real Estate) to join their team in Manchester due to expansion!

The role and duties:

• Title and document review exercises and the preparation of reports
• Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
• Post-completion activities
• Basic conveyancing tasks

About you:

• Experience with the above legal matters
• Experience in working with Proclaim, Lender Exchange, and LMS (preferably)
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
