Our client, a leading city law firm, are seeking a paralegal with 6+ months experience as a commercial property paralegal to join their very successful commercial property department. The Role:

(Responsibilities will include but not limited to)

• Documentation preparation and management, including contracts, leases and sale and purchase agreements
• Conducting title searches and reviews
• Reviewing commercial leases
• Assisting with closings

• Circa 6+ months experience as a commercial property paralegal is required
