Our client, a leading city law firm, is seeking a paralegal with over 6 months of experience in commercial property to join their successful department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and provides strong potential for progression.

The Role:

• Documentation preparation and management, including contracts, leases, and sale and purchase agreements
• Conducting title searches and reviews
• Reviewing commercial leases
• Assisting with closings
• Conducting legal research

• Approximately 6+ months experience as a commercial property paralegal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
