About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity now exists for a paralegal with charity law and grants experience to join the legal team. In this role, you will assist with contract drafting (particularly grants contracts) and negotiations, support matters relating to governance, legal documentation, and due diligence. You will also assist with ad hoc legal advice and conduct legal research. Additionally, you will help improve processes and raise awareness within the organisation about the importance of legal issues, always upholding the organisation's values.
About You
The role requires a paralegal with experience in the charity sector or an NGO. Familiarity with complex agreements, corporate law, or funds would be advantageous. A keen interest in working for a not-for-profit organisation is essential. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be willing to learn, and demonstrate initiative.
