Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience in transactional work including corporate, capital markets, M&A, private equity, banking, and finance.
2. File management assistance
3. Drafting legal and corporate ancillary documentation
4. Attending disclosure and completion meetings

About You:

1. Provide first-class service to clients
2. Experience in a top law firm
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Understanding of post-transaction tasks and administrative duties within corporate transactions
5. Organized with good time management and proficiency in handling numerous documents
