Job summary

Shakespeare Martineau in Lincoln is seeking a Paralegal to provide vital administrative support to its Agriculture Team. The role is part-time, 2 or 3 days per week, and you will help deliver excellent service to clients.

You will support on property searches, document handling, AML checks, and billing, working closely with fee earners and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of work.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months' experience in a Paralegal, legal assistant, or administration assistant role.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C/4 or above in English Language and Mathematics
  • Confident use of IT systems, including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint beneficial)
  • Fast, accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail

Do you enjoy keeping a team organised and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding work? Our Agriculture Team is looking for a Paralegal to provide vital administrative support to the team in Lincoln. Please note: This role is part-time either 2 or 3 days per week. You will work as part of a team to provide support to help our legal teams deliver great service to our clients.

What you will be doing:
