Unity Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal for their busy property team in North Yorkshire. You will support landlords, tenants and investors across office, industrial, retail and agricultural property, handling drafting, due diligence and Land Registry matters while delivering a high level of client service.

• Experience as Commercial Property Paralegal or similar role within a law firm.
• Strong drafting, review and research capabilities for property matters.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Assist with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Review title documents, searches and due diligence information.
• Draft and prepare leases, licences, assignments and related docs.
• Support landlord and tenant matters and property finance transactions.
• Prepare reports, completion statements and transaction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and advisers.
• Handle Land Registry applications and post-completion work.

Unity Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Paralegal looking to further develop their commercial property expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice. Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients.

The Role

You will support a varied caseload acting for landlords, tenants, property investors, businesses and private clients across a range of sectors including office, industrial, retail and agricultural property.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and progressing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Reviewing title documentation, searches and due diligence information.
• Drafting and preparing commercial leases, licences, assignments and related documentation.
• Supporting landlord and tenant matters.
• Assisting with property finance transactions.
• Preparing reports, completion statements and transaction documentation.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.
• Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work.
• Managing key dates, deadlines and transaction timetables.
• Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supporting networking and business development activities.

• Previous experience within a Commercial Property Paralegal role.
