Unity Resourcing Ltd, on behalf of a well-established law firm, seeks a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy team in North Yorkshire. You will support a varied caseload across office, industrial, retail and agricultural property, assisting with landlord and tenant matters and due diligence.

• Managing and progressing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.

• Supporting landlord and tenant matters.
• Assisting with property finance transactions.
• Preparing reports, completion statements and transaction documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Paralegal looking to further develop their commercial property expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice. Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients.

The Role
