Unity Resourcing Ltd on behalf of a well-established law firm is recruiting a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ) to join its expanding Commercial Property team in North Yorkshire. You will handle a varied caseload and work with experienced lawyers to develop your technical expertise and client relationship skills.

Formación

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly.
• Experience within Commercial Property gained during your training contract.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Commercial Property.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ambitious, proactive and commercially minded.

Responsabilidades

• Managing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Assisting with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases and related documents.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters.
• Supporting property finance transactions.
• Preparing reports on title and providing practical legal advice.
• Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.
• Supporting networking and business development activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious NQ Solicitor looking to build a successful career within Commercial Property. The Role
