Current Opportunity: Real Estate Team (Uxbridge)

This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your legal career alongside talented lawyers and high-quality work. Some of the key duties include:

• Supporting fee earners with property sales, purchases, leases, and related transactions.
• Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactions.
• Preparing Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and completion statements.
• Assisting with drafting legal documents.

Person Specification

• Ability to manage high work volumes and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive with a willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including letter writing.
• High professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent client service in line with Knights’ core values.
• Ability to use audio dictation and type from audio recordings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, especially formatting documents and preparing spreadsheets.
