We are now looking to expand our Dispute Resolution/Property Litigation team based in Stoke. The team handles work across fraud, professional negligence, insolvency, and shareholder disputes. Clients range from small practices to leading real estate developers and retail/leisure brands. Person Specification:

• Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive with a demonstrated initiative.
• Willing to take responsibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including letter writing.
• High professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent client service in line with Knights’ core values.
• Ability to use audio dictation and type from audio.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, especially in document formatting and spreadsheet preparation.
