About the role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own caseload comprising of trusts and court of protection/deputyship matters, dealing with clients, providing advice, considering our clients best interestsin accordance with relevant legislation and guidance including the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and deputy standards.
