Job summary

Mayo Wynne Baxter in Seaford is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to support our Private Client Team. You will assist with wills, powers of attorney, probate matters, and estate administration, while delivering outstanding client service and accurate document drafting.

What you will be doing:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
  • Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
  • Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
  • Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
What you will need:
