Knights - Real Estate Paralegal

The Opportunity:
  • Supporting fee earners in the commercial property team with property sales, purchases, leases, and related transactions.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactions.
  • Preparing Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and completion statements.
  • Assisting with drafting legal documents.
Person Specification:
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, with a demonstrated initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including letter writing.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent client service in line with Knights' core values.
  • Ability to use audio dictation and type from audio.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, especially in document formatting and spreadsheet preparation.
