Job summary

SJC Partners Limited, based in Sherborne, is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including drafting contracts and leases and obtaining Land Registry documents.

Law graduates are welcome and previous commercial property experience is advantageous but not essential. This is a full-time, office-based role offering £26,000-£30,000 per year DOE with generous benefits to support career development.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
• Open files and assist with client onboarding and compliance.
• Prepare contracts, leases and completion documents.
• Obtain property searches and Land Registry documents.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and other professionals.
• Assist with enquiries and help progress transactions.
• Support SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
• Maintain accurate files and provide administrative support.
