Job summary

Hyde Group is seeking a Paralegal to join our collaborative, values-driven legal team in London. You will support experienced lawyers on housing management and broader legal matters, drafting agreements and preparing trial bundles while ensuring cost-effective services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a legal practice, ideally with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and passion for delivering high-quality, value-for-money legal services.
• The ability to manage a supervised caseload, work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.

• Support a wide range of property services and other legal matters, helping to achieve positive outcomes for the Group.
• Prepare advice for internal clients on housing claims, including merits, outcomes and quantum where appropriate.
• Support transactions by drafting agreements for review and reviewing relevant documentation.
• Carry out legal administrative tasks, including preparing trial bundles, attendance notes, schedules, meetings and invoice coordination.
