You’ll use legal technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance the quality and consistency of legal service delivery while making sure that advice and guidance is delivered clearly and within agreed timescales.

Your work will focus on:

  • Developing and maintaining legal knowledge resources, including precedents, guidance materials and knowledge-sharing forums
  • Preparing management information, dashboards and reports that provide insight into legal activity, key developments and emerging trends
  • Maintaining legal records and corporate documentation, including support for Companies Act requirements, document requests and meeting administration
  • Driving continuous improvement through legal technology, collaboration tools and AI-enabled solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery
The skills you’ll need

  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment and contributing to shared objectives
  • The ability to monitor and share legal, regulatory, market and legal technology developments, applying relevant insight to day-to-day work
  • A data-aware mindset, with experience using dashboards, management information and reporting to support prioritisation, decision-making and continuous improvement
