Job summary

Lunaria Partners in London is seeking a capable paralegal to support a leading US funds practice. You will assist on fund formation, structuring, and related transactions, working closely with associates and partners.

The role covers drafting fund documents, reviewing subscription agreements, preparing closing bibles, and liaising with international offices and clients. A strong academic record and a Law Degree/GDL are required; LPC/SQE2 is preferred.

The Team

Clients include US, European and international financial institutions, PE firms, hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors.

The Role

You can look forward to assisting on all aspects of funds and other investment vehicles including fund formation, structuring companies and compensation arrangements, spin-outs, seeding and stakes transactions, documentation of prime brokerage and other trading arrangements.
