Conveyancing Paralegal

£26,000 per annum, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, Hybrid working, Permanent, CF23 Cardiff, Pension, Holiday, Bonus, Parking plus more!

An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a well-respected, established law firm focused on delivering high-quality services. They are actively looking for a conveyancing paralegal to join their team. Offering support, training, and future opportunities, you will work with a team of 8 carrying out duties such as:

1. Maintain clear and precise communications within the firm.
2. Ensure good working relationships with external institutions and organisations.
3. Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
4. Deputise for the primary fee-earner in their absence, passing urgent issues to senior fee-earners for guidance.
5. Typing of letters, documents, and file notes.
6. Experience in opening and closing files.
7. Completing and submitting SDLT forms.
8. Daily use of the land registry portal.

The successful candidate will have current knowledge of conveyancing, with a focus on commercial files. Commercial conveyancing experience is beneficial. You should also have experience using a case management system, hold an LPC / LLB or equivalent qualification, or have experience working as a conveyancing paralegal or assistant.
