SYOS is hiring a Panel Wirer (Marine) in Fareham, UK to join our production team. You’ll wire, assemble and test electrical control panels and related marine equipment used across our autonomous systems.
From schematics and build specifications, you’ll ensure assemblies are safe, accurate and high quality. Time-served or apprenticeship training is valued, with experience in marine/industrial wiring and strong fault-finding skills.

Our UK team is growing, and we’re looking for a Panel Wirer (Marine) to join our production team in Fareham. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to the build, testing and delivery of advanced autonomous marine systems.

As a Panel Wirer (Marine), you’ll be responsible for wiring, assembling and testing electrical control panels and associated equipment used across our marine platforms.
You’ll work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings and SYOS build specifications, ensuring every assembly is built safely, accurately and to a high standard.
Attention to detail is critical. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and understands that quality, consistency and safety matter when building complex autonomous systems.
