Job summary

East Bilney Coachworks Ltd is recruiting a skilled Panel Technician to join our Norwich-based bodyshop. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Panel Technician or Panel Beater and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs.

We offer an excellent hourly rate with an uncapped bonus scheme; top earners exceed £60K per annum. Hours are 07.30am–17.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, at our modern, well-equipped facilities.

Qualifications

• Fully skilled and qualified Automotive Panel Technician or Panel Beater with minimum 5 years hands-on experience.
• Be able to work to a very high and consistent standard.
• Take pride in your work and the finished job.
• Demonstrate competence and efficiency in all aspects of the Panel Technician role.
• Work well within an established and successful team.
• BS 10125 Kitemark accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Be fully skilled and qualified Automotive Panel Technician or Panel Beater with at least 5 years hands-on experience.
• Deliver high-quality panel repairs to exacting standards.

We are recruiting for a Panel Technician to be based in Norwich, Norfolk.

Our pay and reward scheme offers an excellent hourly rate, with uncapped individual bonus scheme (Top earners exceed £60K per annum)

Top rates are based on a 47.5 hour week, Monday to Friday 07.30am to 17.30pm with a 30 minute (unpaid) lunch break.
