Job summary

FMG RS in Luton is seeking an experienced Panel Technician to dismantle and reassemble vehicles to the highest standards in our busy workshop. The role restores vehicles to pre-accident condition and delivers the exceptional service our customers expect.

You will join FMG RS as part of ZIGUP, with an excellent uncapped bonus scheme, 23 days annual leave plus holidays, life assurance, vehicle-leasing schemes, pension and more.

As a Panel Technician, you’ll be responsible for dismantling and reassembling vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision and care. Working in our Luton workshop, you’ll restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

We’re seeking an experienced Technician who:

Has proven experience in vehicle repair

Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The workshop in Luton works mainly for our insurance contractual partners and our sister companies, Northgate Vehicle Hire and Northgate Fleet Services. With a stream of work to the site you will have great potential bonus earnings.
