Job summary

FMG Repair Services Limited is seeking a skilled Panel Technician for our busy workshop in Milton Keynes. You will carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while working with a professional team.

You should have proven experience in a bodyshop, strong repair and replacement skills across different makes and models, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Panel Technician or Panel Beater in a bodyshop.
• Strong repair and replacement skills across vehicle makes and models.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• A proactive, team-focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards
• Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair methods
• Removing and refitting body panels and associated components
• Ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Accurately recording all work completed in line with company procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction

As a Panel Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and efficiently to their pre-accident condition. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, you’ll deliver precision workmanship while enjoying excellent rewards and career progression opportunities.
