Job summary

FMG Repair Services in Lakeside is seeking a skilled Panel Technician to deliver high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards. You will assess damage, select effective methods, and work with a large team to restore vehicles to OEM specifications.

• Keep a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Lakeside FMGRS is one of our flagship sites, notable for our large scale and extensive team of technicians across Panel, Paint, and MET. With a strong workforce already in place, the site is well-positioned to support the introduction of the new night shift patterns.

• Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards
• Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair methods

• Ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Accurately recording all work completed in line with company procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction
