We are looking for a forward-thinking Panel Technician to join a fantastic team working on prestige, private & confidential, VIP, press, event and show cars on an on-going contracting basis.

Your Role:
As a Panel Technician, you will be at the forefront of their mission to deliver faultless vehicles to be showcased at events and shows all over the world.

Your role is integral to create the surface for these vehicles to shine, using your skills to skim & shape, fill & blend, re-shape, gap & profile. In the event and show car department, you are not just a Panel Technician; you are an artist, a sculptor, and a perfectionist.

Your Working Hours
37 hours per week + Overtime when required.
Monday - Thursday: 7.30 - 16.00 & Friday: 7.30 - 12.30

Your Duties and Responsibilities Include:

* Skimming and Shaping
* Filling and sanding
* Blending
* Re-shaping
* Growing Gaps and meeting Flush targets
* Punctuation Lines
* Profiling

Our Ideal Panel Technician:
We're looking for someone who shares a passion for automotive excellence and has the skills to match. You will bring:

* Proven experience in Panel or Bodywork discipline.
* A City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Body Repair Techniques or equivalent
* Knowledge and practical understanding of health and safety, C.O.S.H.H, and environmental procedures.
* A flexible attitude towards working hours, including shifts and overtime when required.

Your Contract & Pay:

Join the team on an ongoing contracting basis, paying A£23.97 per hour. This position is offered Inside IR35 and your final Pay Rate will be uplifted to be paid via an Umbrella PAYE Payroll Model.
