Job summary

Green Folk in Reading is seeking an experienced Panel Builder to join our engineering team. You will build and wire electrical control panels from schematics and drawings, installing PLCs, relays, contactors, drives and switchgear, and conducting fault finding and testing.

You will ensure all work adheres to quality, safety, and industry standards. You will collaborate with engineering and production to deliver projects on time, contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment

Qualifications

• Experience building and wiring electrical control panels from schematics and drawings.
• Ability to install PLCs, relays, contactors, drives and switchgear.
• Conduct panel modifications, fault finding and testing.
• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Collaborating with engineering and production to meet deadlines.
