Proactive Global in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Control Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter to join their engineering workshop. You will build, wire and assemble electrical control panels and enclosures, reading electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics to exacting standards.

You'll install and connect components, wire motors, drives and sensors, and support bespoke packaging machinery builds.

Formación

Experience wiring control panels, electrical fittings or industrial electrical installations.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Hands-on, flexible approach and ability to work in a project team.

Responsabilidades

Build, wire and assemble electrical control panels and enclosures.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
Carry out cable preparation, routing, wiring loom assembly and electrical terminations.
Install and connect electrical components within control panels and machine assemblies.
Wire electrical components including motors, drives and sensors.
Support the electrical build of bespoke packaging and processing machinery.
Work collaboratively with mechanical fitters and other engineers to complete projects on time and to the required quality standards.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and attention to detail throughout the build process.
