Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is representing an established accident repair centre in Luton seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their team. The role offers a strong basic salary with overtime opportunities and ongoing training.

On offer is a base salary up to £56,000 with potential for £65,000+ OTE via personal efficiency and workshop bonuses. Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with some flexibility, plus ongoing training and ATA accreditation (desirable).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
• Experience working with steel and aluminium panels.
• ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality Panel Beater repairs on damaged vehicles.
• Remove and replace damaged body panels and components.
• Repair steel and aluminium panels using approved methods.
• Realign vehicle bodies and chassis where necessary.
• Use welding and specialist body repair equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare painted panels for the finishing process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards.
