Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting for a Panel Beater in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire. The role offers a basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, a 38-hour week from Monday to Friday, and opportunities for career progression in a centrally located accident repair centre.

Ideal candidates will have Full Level 3 Panel Beater qualification or SCQF equivalent, ATA accreditation is beneficial, and proven experience in a reputable automotive environment with strong welding skills.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3 Panel Beater qualification or SCQF equivalent.
• ATA accreditation is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive environment.
• Good welding skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Remove damaged panels, bumpers, doors, and other components to factory specs.
• Refurbish and refit panels to high-quality finishes per manufacturer standards.
• Utilise welding and panel beating techniques competently.
• Work independently or with a team to meet repair targets.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and customer satisfaction.
• Complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
