Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd, on behalf of a reputable Accident Repair Group, seeks an experienced Panel Beater for their busy Slough operation. The role offers a competitive hourly rate up to £23, with options for a flat salary or a basic plus bonus scheme, and a standard Monday to Friday 45-hour week with no weekend work.

You will repair or replace panels to high standards, plan workloads, and keep up with product knowledge while maintaining workplace housekeeping and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop.
• Repairs or panel replacements to a high standard.
• Awareness of quality standards and attention to detail.
• NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing damaged panels to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Planning daily workloads efficiently and ordering parts in advance to meet delivery deadlines.
