Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a reputable body shop in Sittingbourne, Kent. The role offers a competitive package with a salary up to £50,000 and performance-related bonus schemes, plus 28 days leave and flexible hours.

Responsibilities include repairing and replacing vehicle panels, stripping and refitting, and documenting work with relevant software. ATA/NVQ endorsements are advantageous but not essential if skills match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Panel Beater preferred but not compulsory.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work to high standards following correct procedures.
• ATA or NVQ qualifications advantageous but not essential if you possess the necessary skills.
• IT literacy beneficial for documenting and managing work records.
