Ascend Talent in Salford is looking for a skilled Panel Beater to join a family-run, prestige-focused workshop. You’ll work with a supportive team of 12 technicians and 6 office staff, with access to high-end manufacturer training and clear paths for career progression.

The role offers around £42k-£45k per year plus bonus opportunities and overtime, with flexible start times and social events. A minimum of 3 years’ experience and experience with structural repairs/jig work are required.

Role: Panel Beater
