Responsibilities

• Carry out structural and non-structural panel repairs, including panel replacement and welding.
• Ensure accurate panel fit and alignment according to manufacturer standards.
• Use jig work and specialist equipment to achieve high-quality repairs.
• Maintain organised workflow and communicate effectively with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Protect vehicle parts and ensure the workshop adheres to safety standards.
• Complete accurate job cards and check the quality of work prior to vehicle handover.
• Uphold the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
