Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable automotive repair team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to specialise in hybrid and EV repairs. You will repair and restore vehicle panels on a range of cars, follow safety procedures, and work with colleagues to complete jobs on time.

A company vehicle is provided, with EV options. Hours are 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with travel across South sites and clear opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair environment.
• Confidence repairing hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle high workloads.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair and restore vehicle panels on a variety of cars, including hybrid and electric models.
• Utilise appropriate techniques and tools to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and within deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
• Complete detailed reports and documentation for each repair job.
