Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our client's state-of-the-art Accident Repair Centre in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This role offers a modern working environment and clear career progression within a reputable facility.

Key benefits include a £35,500 basic salary, uncapped time-saved bonus, and realistic earnings up to £50,000 OTE. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with long-term development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre.
• Strong accident repair skills focused on panel repairs.
• Demonstrates pride in high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine suitable repair methods.
• Strip, refit, and repair vehicle components as necessary.
• Conduct welding and structural repairs in accordance with standards.
• Ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Work efficiently to maximise time-saved bonus opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment as a Panel Beater.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely vehicle completion.
