NRGTech Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a Panama shift near Manchester, covering Oldham, Middleton. The role requires a time-served engineer with mechanical/electrical or multi-skilled bias to provide essential on-site maintenance support and fault-finding for manufacturing equipment.

You will carry out preventative and corrective maintenance, plan schedules, and work with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability while adhering to safety

Formación

• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical/multiskilled.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and effective cross-functional liaison.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on all production equipment (PPM).
• Diagnose and rectify issues promptly to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
• Uphold safety regulations and promote a safety culture on site.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and updating the CMMS, CI activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise equipment efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and implement proactive measures.
• Be part of project teams as required.
• Demonstrate good fault diagnosis and repair of production machinery and facilities.
• Understand drawings and propose improvements; execute small modification projects.
