Job summary

NRGTech Talent Solutions Ltd seeks three multi-skilled Maintenance Technicians for a UK site in the Middleton area on a Panama shift. The role focuses on fault finding, preventative and corrective maintenance of production equipment within a busy manufacturing environment, with strong safety awareness and CMMS updates.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship (mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Good level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment (PPM).
• Diagnose and rectify issues to minimise downtime and enhance productivity.
• Update the CMMS with maintenance activities and CI work where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-ordinate maintenance schedules and optimise equipment efficiency.
• Hand over shift at end of shift and report on shift activities.
