Qualifications

• Experience in pan-Asian, Michelin‑recommended, or high‑end dining environments.
• Confidence, organisation, and calm when running a section.
• Ability to prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards.
• Supportive, positive leadership for junior chefs.
• Impeccable cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love of flavour‑driven cooking.

Responsibilities

• Manages and operates your allocated section to an exceptional standard, ensuring readiness, organisation, and consistency throughout service.

• Works closely with senior chefs to support menu development, daily prep, and smooth kitchen operations.
• Trains, guides, and supports junior chefs, helping build skill, confidence, and professional growth.
• Contributes to a calm, disciplined, and collaborative working environment.
• Upholds the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, organisation, and presentation.
• Collaborates with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth, efficient service and a memorable guest experience.
