Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a PAM Manager to join its security practice, delivering privileged access management programmes for major enterprise clients across the UK. The role combines hands-on PAM implementation with governance and stakeholder leadership in a hybrid working environment.

You will design, deliver and optimise PAM and IAM solutions, lead complex workstreams, and ensure robust identity controls while communicating effectively with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering PAM programmes within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, One Identity, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Governance and IAM principles.
• Experience designing and implementing secure identity and privileged access controls.
• Ability to lead complex workstreams, manage risks and stakeholders.
• Experience producing governance and operational documentation (runbooks, DR plans).
• Excellent communication and consulting skills for technical and senior stakeholders.
