Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a PAM Manager to lead delivery of privileged access management programmes across enterprise environments, working with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea and One Identity. This client-facing role requires strong consulting and leadership skills.

You will own end-to-end PAM initiatives, translate strategy into architecture and implementation, and contribute to growth of the PAM capability while navigating complex security and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance concepts and end-to-end IAM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with leading IAG platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta) and their core components/integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong delivery and organisational skills, including managing risks, dependencies, and complex workstreams.
  • Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation (e.g. operating models, runbooks, DR plans).

  • Operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing competing priorities and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go-to-market development.

Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) concepts and experience delivering end-to-end implementations

Desirable Skills:
  • Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
  • Exposure to identity infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory), reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), or cloud integrations
  • Experience onboarding applications or cloud platforms into IAM/IGA solutions
  • Consulting mindset, with ability to support proposals and engage stakeholders across delivery and business teams
  • Willingness to work in client-facing environments, including onsite where needed
