Ashgate Hospicecare in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead the nursing team in our 10-bed Inpatient Unit. This part-time role combines clinical leadership with day-to-day staff coordination to ensure consistently high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with the Ward Leader to maintain safe staffing, support staff development, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment where colleagues can grow.

Formación

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in palliative care, oncology or relevant clinical environment.
• Experience of leading, managing or coordinating a nursing team.

Responsabilidades
