Job summary

Hospiscare in Exeter is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our community-based team. You’ll manage your own caseload and provide compassionate, evidence-based care for people with complex, life-limiting illnesses, working closely with GPs and Community Nurses.

The role is 30 hours per week (four days) with a Band 6 salary of £39,959–£48,117 per annum pro rata. You’ll contribute to our seven-day service and help patients live well with dignity.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with experience in palliative or specialist care.
• Manage own caseload with skilled clinical advice and interventions.
• Collaborate with GPs and Community Nurses to ensure right care at the right time.
