Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in delivering high-quality palliative care to patients and relatives.
• Adapt care approaches under guidance of different professions as required.
• Care plans are developed and reviewed by Registered Nurses and Therapists.
• Work on a rota basis with unsocial hours paid on top of salary.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
