The role requires organized, confidential data handling and effective liaison with GP practices, hospitals and community services. Proficiency with Careflow and PECOS is advantageous; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality administrative service to the Specialist Palliative Care Team.
• Manage incoming/outgoing post, emails, and meeting administration including room bookings.
• Maintain patient and service records using Careflow and other systems.
• Coordinate referrals and patient information with NHS and external providers.
• Support MDT meetings and ensure data quality and confidentiality.
