Job summary

Worky is seeking an engineer to join its hybrid role focused on Palantir Foundry for a real-time intelligence platform used by defence and NATO-aligned organisations across Europe. You will design pipelines, ontology and operator-facing applications, owning the end-to-end delivery from first sketches to production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Palantir Foundry work: pipelines, ontology, Compute Modules and Workbooks.
• Three years or more of professional software or solutions engineering experience.
• Fluency in Python, Java, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, Bash, or Go.
• Experience shipping production systems.
• Ability to learn a new platform architecture quickly and reason about operator impact.
• Containers (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift) with solid Linux networking.
• Willingness to travel and to work on site in secure customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs on-site and scope solutions for situational awareness and force protection.
• Design, build and deploy on Palantir Foundry: data pipelines, ontology models and operator-facing apps.
• Bring live intelligence into workflows and common operating pictures.
• Build and tune custom widgets to meet user requirements.
• Own solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision and sound technical judgement.
• Debug across the stack—infrastructure, networking and applications—often in restricted, on-premise settings.
• Serve as a trusted technical adviser to customer engineers and operators.
• Travel to customer sites and operations centres in Europe, roughly a quarter to three quarters of the time.
